Remote Worker Policy

I currently operate primarily as a remote freelance designer, who collaborates with clients digitally to deliver high end design services.

Social Showcases

I reserve the right to promote completed projects in my portfolio and across other media platforms, such as social media, unless otherwise agreed upon by both the client and designer.

Termination Clause

I retain the right to pause or terminate any ongoing project. In the event of a termination occurring due to any circumstances, a fee of 20% termination fee may be applied. If the client cancels the project during the process, a cancellation fee of 60% of the agreed total will be charged to cover the time and resources invested. Clients are responsible for payment for any work completed up to the termination date. Termination fees may vary based on the stage of the project.

Under Construction

Customers purchasing a Basic Package will receive partial usage rights of the final design(s), allowing the use for branding and promotional purposes with mandatory credits to the designer in any public display. Templates, mockups, and other editable files from the design will be excluded. Any further unauthorized modifications, resale, or distribution are prohibited. The Full Package grants complete ownership of the final design(s). The templates, mockups, or any additional editable files will be provided upon purchase, also disallowing the requirement to credit the originating designer to be made. Updates or changes to post-delivery may include additional charges. The designer retains the right to showcase the project(s) on their portfolio or socials unless otherwise agreed upon.

Logo Licensing Agreement

↳ When purchasing a logo design, customers receive usage rights based on their selected package. The Basic Package grants limited rights for branding and promotional use, requiring credit to the designer by restricting modifications, resale, or redistribution. Low-quality images, small watermarks, metadata, and others will also be included. The Full Package provides complete ownership of the design, including editable files, while removing the crediting requirements. Unauthorized use, edits, or reselling outside the agreed terms may result in warnings or legal action. Ownership and rights are transferred only after full payment. Partial refunds will not be available once the final design is delivered from the Full Package.

Accessibility Statement

I am committed to ensuring that my services are accessible to all clients, regardless of the ability. Efforts are made to ensure communication methods, design specifications, and deliveries accommodate the customers' needs. Clients are encouraged to provide any specific requirements or concerns to an understandable agreement. Feedback on your accessibility is always welcome to help improve my practices in customer experience.

Delivery

Project delivery typically takes 3 days or 1-2 weeks, depending on the work and my availability. Please note that I work on projects within the dedicated timeline, and I may not always be available for work every day. You will be notified upon the start or continuation throughout the project.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the task or project. I do not require upfront payment, however, I do request that clients provide a prompt payment upon receipt of the final deliverables.

Age Requirements

To purchase from the branding category, customers must confirm that they are at least 16 years of age. No age restrictions apply to purchases from other packages.
